In 2016, Vector PTS was honoured to be invited to conduct a comprehensive operational health check at Borusan Port in Türkiye — a testament to our reputation as a trusted advisor in terminal operations and performance excellence.

Our thorough assessment spanned several critical dimensions of the port’s operations, encompassing a detailed evaluation of core business processes, an in-depth analysis of terminal capacity, and a careful review of the organisational structure.
