In 2015, Vector PTS played a key role in supporting ICTSI through a rigorous technical due diligence process in connection with the privatisation of the multi-purpose terminal in Limassol, Cyprus — a significant transaction in the Eastern Mediterranean port sector.

We conducted a thorough and wide-ranging assessment covering the full spectrum of the terminal’s operational activities. This included a detailed evaluation of general cargo and Ro-Ro operations, as well as an in-depth review of car handling capabilities — each analysed against industry benchmarks and best practices to provide a clear picture of current performance and future potential.

Complementing the operational assessment, Vector PTS developed comprehensive CAPEX and OPEX models, delivering the financial clarity and investment insight essential for informed decision-making in such a complex privatisation process. Our contribution helped ensure that ICTSI could approach this strategic opportunity with confidence.
