We undertook a comprehensive and methodical assessment of the port’s multipurpose operations, carefully examining cargo handling capabilities across all relevant operational dimensions. Each area was evaluated against established industry standards and best practices, yielding a clear and well-rounded understanding of the port’s current standing and its potential for future growth and optimisation.

Underpinning the operational analysis, Vector PTS developed detailed CAPEX and OPEX models, providing ICTSI with the robust financial framework necessary to evaluate investment requirements and long-term operational costs with confidence.
